A very strong personality with a vision of representing endurance, change, hope, and life. After quitting her full time job she engaged herself in bringing awareness to women hood and talents to achieve their dreams. Dayana has created a platform of a TV channel on YouTube called “inspired by Dreams with Dayana” to share inspiring stories that matters. This is a platform to bring awareness and help, support and motivate individuals that are facing barriers to achieve what they want to achieve in their life. She is also involved with non-profit organization where she dedicates herself helping out youth and seniors that are from unprivileged families. Dayana herself proves to be an inspiring person by relating herself to a butterfly, as an individual born and raised from a culture where everything is structured and taught from birth how you should live, how you should grow in the society, what you should study, who should you become, who you should marry and give importance to what others might think, she simply rescued herself and flew like a butterfly. She did let go of old behavior and expounding into the next phase of existence just like how butterflies do. She has become who she wanted to be from who she has been. From being in the Human resources field she went into fashion modeling, acting and to an Influencer to a positive change in less than a year. Her goal is to create a legacy! She is currently working on a project called “social media and its fun fact” in order to educate Business women and leaders to make the fullest use of social media so that they can reach out as many as they can to make others’ life shine.
