Dinesh is the President of “SUS Talent Management”, a Talent Management company serving as a bridge between employers and job seekers.  The mission is SUS Talent Management is “We Make a Right Fit”.

He is also the CEO of “Brilliant Minds Group” (BMG) – a not-for-profit organization caring for the “socio-economic” well-being” of the newcomer community. The mission of BMG is “We Are Better Together”.

Additionally, he is the Area Director for Toastmaster International.  The mission for Toastmaster International is “We empower individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders”

One of Dinesh’s benchmarks of success is his community work.  He believes in lifelong learning and sharing his knowledge with other professionals in the industry.  Dinesh has been a regular speaker at various community organization events, at local TV and Radio stations on various community-related topics.  The work Dinesh does in the community has earned him the recognition of an emerging community leader.  He has been awarded numerous awards for his work.
