Barbara is a seasoned marketing professional with nearly three decades of experience that spans businesses of all sizes, from multinational brands to sole proprietors. She is passionate about her craft and believes that integrity-driven marketing and innovation are critical to the success of every business.
She started Joshua Windsor in 2000 to equip small business owners with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively market and grow their businesses. Her out-of-the-box thinking has launched successful marketing strategies for start-ups, non-profits and large corporations.
Barbara holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing and is currently pursuing a Masters in Leadership. She is a member of the Canadian Institute of Marketing (CIM), Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP).
