Garcia is the CEO of CADJPro Payroll Solutions, and has more than 25 years of expertise in the payroll industry. As the CEO of CADJPro Payroll Solutions, Garcia is committed to fostering a culture of trust between employers and employees and developing a straightforward payment system because they are essential components of every successful business.

Garcia ensures the support of female entrepreneurs, mentors new business owners, and recruits female volunteers looking to gain expertise in the field.

Garcia who came to Canada at only 14 years old, struggled financially during college and worked 3 to 4 jobs to stay afloat. Her strong faith encouraged her to continue through this tough journey to obtain her education since she considers education to be one of the most important pillars of life. She even continued her education after obtaining her residency in Canada and becoming a mother.

She was inspired to become a payroll specialist due to her own financial difficulty experiences and considers her job in the payroll industry to be her purpose and calling in life. Her biggest passion is to help people overcome their financial struggles as it provides her with joy and sets a smile on her clients’ faces.
