Laimina Methuselha is the founder and CEO of The Global Assist, a growing organization that is taking out-sourcing and virtual work mode to next level by providing more employment and bringing solutions via virtual methods for a small and mid-size firm.

Laimina has 13 years of experience in corporate, she excels in fields like Sales, Business Analysis, Strategy, Development, Logistics, Targets, Projections and Forecasting, Attrition, Employee Satisfaction, Cost of acquisition, Recruitment planner and generating revenue for the organization. She has worked in India as a Director of sales and operations in Glocal RPO and for her excellent performance; she has been awarded as the Best Director/Sr. Operations Manager/Business Development Manager for four consecutive years. She has accomplished all ranks on the corporate ladder and reached on top after 13 years of hard work, from the designation of an Executive to a Director. She came to Canada in April 2019 and established her own business named Global Assist.

She began Global Assist to address the growing market that thrives on outsourcing. The idea of connecting a business with a qualified resource from all around the globe through phones, computers, and tablets is an extraordinary venture because now employees can work from anywhere and customers and partners can succeed from anywhere!
