Mia is the founding principal of MMA Law. Prior to opening her private practise, Mia worked in various law firms for over 12 years, mainly one-on-one with senior partners managing real estate and corporate files from start to finish. After practicing residential real estate in a private setting for a few years, Mia moved to work at some of the top law firms in the GTA, including a high-profile Bay Street law firm and a firm that was named one of the ten best regional law firms in Ontario.
Mia regularly acted for developer clients on mixed residential, commercial development projects including condominiums and subdivisions. In addition, Mia also practices transactional residential and commercial real estate and transactional business law. Mia acted for diverse clients including individual home/business assets vendors/purchasers, entrepreneurial and institutional land developers, construction companies, and commercial entities.
After being called to the Bar, Mia has continuously practiced real estate, corporate, and municipal law as in-house counsel for a real estate developer which gave her invaluable experience in working one-on-one with the client and making the client’s needs her
focus. As an owner of a boutique law firm, she treats each file with the utmost care and attention it deserves while ensuring that all aspects of the transactional affair have been addressed.
