“Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.”

Orphaned in India two days into this world after the mysterious death of my mother and followed by a painful yet fruitless search for my biological father, my life has been memorialized by circumstances that eventually shaped and defined a deep need to serve and help heal others. Coming from a cross-cultural adoption, growing up an Indian Jew in the suburbs of America, and being bullied in high school wasn’t easy either. Still, I reframed the experience from a tragic start into a promising future of service. In retrospect, my mother’s grievous passing predicted unforeseen yet challenging health issues, including two decades of endometriosis, infertility, failed adoption, and embracing another loss, a hysterectomy, to create a new life. A decade of teaching and building a boutique photography service further validated investing in the growth of others. So, I went back to my degree in psychology and wrote my first book: Finding Your Way When Life Changes Your Plans. Today, I inspire others in three domains: public Speaking, Consulting, and Social Media Storytelling: Public Speaking: I use my story to inspire your team to achieve their most significant potential and life purpose.

Consulting: Every person has a unique story, just like me. So, companies and entrepreneurs work with me to overcome the fear of telling their story and aligning it with their brand purpose. Social Media Storytelling: Most of us see our lives in the macro but need help sharing it in the micro. Haven told my story for decades; I seek to show others how to do the same via video, interview-style formats, and written copy. My approach Vulnerability: the doorway to genuine human connection, allowing us to share our true selves with others. I understand the strength required to open up and reveal our fears, insecurities, and emotions, but in doing so, we create opportunities for empathy and understanding. Through vulnerability, we discover the beauty of imperfection and realize that it is the essence of what makes us human. Kindness: the simple yet powerful force that can brighten someone’s day, uplift a spirit, and change the world! Kindness requires nothing grand but will leave a lasting impact on both the giver and receiver. A small act of Kindness can create a ripple effect, spreading positivity and compassion worldwide. Grace: the art of embracing humility and strength in the face of challenges- shines through our actions, emanating an aura of serenity and compassion, even amidst adversity.
