Meet Sunayana Deepak, an advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as gender equality. She holds a Master’s degree in Literature, Culture, and Identity and is a Le Cordon Bleu Diploma holder. Her journey includes running her own catering company and transitioning into a Human Resources role.

Currently, as a Social Impact Campaign Coordinator at IWB Immigrant Women in Business, she actively promotes diversity and inclusion, with a focus on supporting women immigrants. An advocate for equity and inclusion, Sunayana is a true embodiment of empowerment. She ventured into the world of entrepreneurship, running her own catering company. Her entrepreneurial spirit, mixed with her culinary prowess, allowed her to cater to the diverse palates of her clients. The delicious food she served became a symbol of unity, bringing people from various backgrounds together.

She is also an Outreach Ambassador for LetsStopAIDS, actively engaging with the HIV community, raising awareness and making a meaningful impact in her community. Her multifaceted role allows her to be a beacon of hope and change. She addresses crucial issues and supports causes like gender-based violence awareness and unconscious bias in the workplace.
