Sviatlana Yelizarava is an entrepreneur with a dynamic background in teaching, law, and the travel industry. She is known for her passion for inspiring others to achieve freedom and financial independence. Since joining Travorium in October 2023, she has helped countless families and individuals realize their dream of affordable travel, growing a vibrant community of members worldwide. With the desire to inspire others to have the freedom to enjoy life, travel, and share experiences with their loved ones, Sviatlana started working with Travorium to revolutionize the travel industry. Travorium’s business model allows people to organize themselves and plan to travel more for less, providing a way to help others achieve financial independence and control of their lives. She is devoted to making travel accessible to more people, believing it contributes to happiness and better family relationships.
Born into a military family and shaped by a childhood filled with travel, Sviatlana developed a love for exploration and a deep understanding of cultural diversity, which later inspired her to build a business around her passion for travel. Because of her family structure, she gained the discipline, strength, and communication skills that define the strong woman she is today. Her father, without knowing, seeded in her a deep love for travel, a passion that she carries with her to this day. This, coupled with the strong family bonds she formed, shaped her concept of an ideal life to have with her son, being able to be more present in his life and sharing the travel experiences with him like once she did with her parents and siblings. The pandemic shifted her perspective, motivating her to seek more control over her time and finances. These visions of an ideal life were the triggers that inspired her to decide to change and start this new business in the travel industry.
As an immigrant woman, she faced difficulties during her new beginning. Still, she believes that challenges happen to make you stronger, teach you something, and give you a chance to be better; it is all part of the process of achieving success and having a greater life. These personal experiences have deeply influenced her life and professional decisions. Sviatlana was an English teacher in her home country, but after arriving in Canada, she studied law. She is not just someone eager to learn and grow but deeply passionate about it. Her dedication to personal and professional development is a crucial part of her journey, inspiring others to strive for continuous evolution and improvement. She is very social and loves to meet people, so she wants to motivate those around her to connect and grow to be stronger together. She believes in the importance of maintaining a positive mindset and that you can only share, contribute, and be involved with others if you feel complete, happy, and fulfilled.
As a founding member of Immigrant Women in Business (IWB), Sviatlana uses her experience to empower and inspire other women to pursue financial independence and build meaningful lives in Canada. Joining IWB allowed her to be part of the beautiful community formed by its members and provide support and motivation to others who needed guidance. She firmly believes in the power of community and its ability to connect and support us all, fostering a sense of belonging and connection among all. She states that what inspires her is seeing other people doing what she did. It is being able to help others take action and show them a path to independence so they can enjoy their lives and make their dreams come true.
Today, Sviatlana is devoted to making travel accessible to more people, believing it is vital to building stronger families and creating a happier, more connected world. She believes that we are the ones responsible for making our future and being where we want to be, but for that to happen, we need to act. This conviction is why she became a founding member of IWB, to motivate and help people act and provide possibilities to change the lives of others.
